This Adventure began when I was 16 years old as a worker at El Taco Loco 3, Don Guillermo Magdaleno gave me the opportunity to start working and learn this industry from the bottom. My function was as a preparer and dishwasher. I had to be involved in different functions such as sweeping, washing bathrooms, and more.
5 years later the Taco Loco 4 opened and there my Cousin Jorge Magdaleno gave me the opportunity to start my career as a cooker, with his help and motivation I learned to cook from scratch and this helped me a lot to take my next step.
After working for about 3 years as a chef, the opportunity to buy the Taco Loco 5 was presented and with the help and motivation of my Cousin Jorge, I began the adventure of becoming an entrepreneur. Our original location was in Harbor City, where we were around 15 years, unfortunately the building of that place was too deteriorated and the building and the entire shopping center had to be demolished, after that sad situation I was forced to look for another location and we found the current place on the South Western. Since 2014, little by little we have acquired a loyal clientele that to date has kept us in this place, so now we are here to serve you and our community.
